Style book #9: Ex-Libris en Kimonos (Sépia/Cobalt/Corail)

Blue and gray: we saw these two completely different planes at the last time.
This time, let's enjoy the harmony of all the colors!

  1. Another 'twin' with you ! I find this scarf so serene and understated . I love wearing it with black too , as well as grey . Just love the crane , and that gorgeous scarlet border

  2. Dear Estrella, thank you again for your kind words.
I wore today exactly as 3rd photo and I felt indeed so very serene and happy... I love also the soft corail color of the crane, beautiful against the sky blue side. I should try also with black!
    Thank you for the idea!

  3. Ahh I love Ex Libris en Kimonos - such a clever design - you look stunning in it and so does Estrella - she wore hers to our H meet in London a while ago! I like it very much but my c/w is the red/navy one all the TPF ladies said it suited me better but I like yours to look at too! I especially like how you have shown it worn with such different colours and it works so well with each colour you have chosen - really great! SA:-)

  4. Oh, SA, the grass is always greener!
Since you showed us your beautiful red/blue ExLenK against your wonderful red cardigan, that cw intrigues me so much even though I know it should be a little bit strong for me… But as you say, to look at how the other person wears the silks, it’s always a great pleasure!!!

  6. Hi Angie, thank you so much for your comment!
Did my pic inspire you? What an honor and a surprise! I really love your creative color sense, though the color is the most important element for me… About the language, French is my second language and English is third language for me. In fact, I can’t translate directly from Japanese to English, it’s beyond my capacity!

    Bonjour Iris,

Encore un carré utilisé avec gout.
Votre chemisier rose contraste efficacement avec votre carré.
    Le rendu est superbe.
    J'adore

    Cordialement

    Pierre

  8. Merci encore Pierre !
Franchement, j’aimais peu ce que j’ai publié pour la première fois, donc j’ai refait.
Comme vous l’avez dit, le contraste des couleurs rehausse l’ensemble !
