I am still looking for Cooke's 'A Walk in the Park' in the perfect colouration for me ...
ReplyDeleteThe design of 'A Walk in the Park' should be perfect for you! Hope you find your color someday soon!
DeleteIris, your blog is wonderful! I just caught up on reading it, and I am enjoying your posts so much!
ReplyDeleteHi, Euridice! Thank you very much for your kind words!
ReplyDeleteSo happy to have found that a Brit has contributed to Hermes !
ReplyDeleteI've always liked Leigh Cooke's designs , A walk in the Park being the one I've thought of buying. I so love leaves , since as a child in the Autumn I would spend days collecting them, then identifying and drawing them.
But it took you Iris, to point out the nostalgic charms of In the Pocket , because before I didn't 'get' it. I do like the way he distributes his material across the carre : and your linking him with Mondrian was really interesting.
